Method
- Mix all ingredients (except the oil for cooking) together well in by hand or in a Kitchen Aid.
- Put a tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- When the oil is warm, spoon out about 2 tbsp of batter and shape with spoon into round pancake shape (the batter should not be liquid).
- Cook about 5 minutes per side (flip when edges are brown).
- Can finish in the oven (275 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Serve warm with maple syrup or AIP jam (St Dalfour jams have no sugar added in them and have only clean ingredients)
